Within a few minutes' drive of many lovely north coast beaches, this very comfortable Grade II listed cottage sits in an attractive courtyard development, a short walk from the outstanding 14th century village church, shops and pubs. Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay's water sports facilities are about 6 miles, and the popular, lively resort of Newquay's fine surfing beaches are 8 miles. Lanhydrock and Trerice (both N.T.) are a short drive and the Eden Project is about 30 minutes away. From Wadebridge (8 miles), the Camel cycle trail follows the estuary to the fishing port of Padstow, and Rick Stein's restaurants.
