The original owners were Gordon and Jean Lomas, Gordon writes, "We have owned 104 Las Brisas for 11 years and now act as agents for the new owner.
This is a one bedroom end bungalow on a private site in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. It has a sofa bed in the lounge and twin beds in the bedroom. Outside is a South facing terrace with chairs, tables and a large parasol. There is a barbecue in the garden area."

Rick Lomas is the son of Gordon and Jean and the creator of this web site, Rick says, "we went to Lanzarote in 2001 and we really liked the very agreeable climate and the way that the island looks with it’s stark lava fields and volcanic landscape. We love art and love the work of César Manrique, who has made Lanzarote into the most beautiful of all the Canary Islands.
In 2005 we visited Lanzarote again with our daughter Maddy, we knew 104 Las Brisas would be the perfect place for a family holiday and it was. This is a great bungalow, so plan your Lanzarote holiday now!"
