Leonards Cove stands just ½ a mile from Blackpool Sands, one of Devon's most famous and unspoilt coves, offering swimming, sailing, watersports, fishing and family attractions. A championship golf course is just 3 miles away. Bird watching at famous Slapton Sands, right on the Devon coastal path, where a narrow sand and shingle beach separates a large freshwater lake from the sea, is 4 miles. A launderette is also available. Historic Dartmouth, 2 miles away, has shops, restaurants, river cruises and a nearby car ferry to popular Torbay, Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. The rolling moorland and rugged tors of Dartmoor are a 30 minute drive.
